Intermittent right lane closures are planned on the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway near Exit 13 (Route 202) from Wednesday through Friday either Thursday or Friday, the state Department of Transportation said.

The stoppages are scheduled to occur between 8 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The traffic stoppages will allow crews to pour a new bridge deck.

Drivers are reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or  more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of the driver’s license.
